Return & Exchange Policy

1. Overview
We’re committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand how exchanges work.


2. No Cash Refunds

  • We do not provide cash or store-credit refunds.

  • All approved returns are processed as one‑to‑one exchanges only.


3. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for a one‑to‑one exchange:

  • The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • You must request an exchange within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • You must hand over the original item to the courier when receiving the replacement.


4. How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 3 days of receiving your order:

    • Subject line: “Exchange Request – Order #12345”

  2. Provide your order number, item name/SKU, and a brief description of the defect.

  3. Our support team will review your request and send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  4. On the day of your replacement delivery, please give the courier the defective item and the RMA slip.


5. Non‑Returnable & Non‑Exchangeable Items

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.

  • Item missing parts, tags, or packaging.

  • Change‑of‑mind, incorrect sizing due to choice, or “didn’t like it.”

  • Custom‑made or personalized products.

  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale.”


6. Shipping & Handling

  • We cover the courier fee for shipping your replacement to you.

  • You must hand over the original item to the courier in exchange for your replacement.

  • If the courier is unable to collect the original item (e.g., recipient not available), we cannot complete the exchange.


7. Damaged or Defective on Arrival

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice damage or defect, contact us immediately (within 3 days).

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damage or defect to expedite processing.


8. Missing or Late Exchanges

  • If you miss the 3‑day window, we may decline the exchange.

  • If your replacement shipment is delayed, we’ll keep you updated via email.


9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
