IQHub.LK is committed to delivering your educational toys safely and promptly. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we will send an email confirmation with your order details.
  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Cut‑off Time: Orders received before 3 PM (Sri Lanka Time) on a business day will begin processing that same day; those received afterward will enter processing on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka Only)

2.1 Carriers

We partner with leading local couriers to ensure reliable delivery within Sri Lanka.

2.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Areas (Colombo and suburbs): 2 – 5 business days
  • Other Regions: 5 – 7 business days

2.3 Shipping Rates

  • Weight‑Based Pricing:
    • LKR 400 for the first kilogram
    • LKR 100 for each additional kilogram

2.4 Service Area

  • We currently ship to addresses within Sri Lanka only. International shipping is not yet available.

3. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number may be provided upon request. Please contact our support team to obtain tracking details after your order has shipped.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect on Delivery: Please examine your package immediately upon arrival.
  • Damaged in Transit: If you observe any damage, document it with photographs and notify us within 3 days.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us promptly so we can assist.

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request modifications or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing info@iqhub.lk.
  • Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.
