Welcome to IQHub.LK. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.iqhub.lk (the “Site”) and your purchase of products through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and act as a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

  • Orders may not be placed by minors.

2. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Order Placement

  • Submitting an order constitutes your offer to purchase the items selected. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email.

  • Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes; shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • We do not issue cash refunds. Defective items may be exchanged one‑for‑one under our Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Payment Methods

  • We currently accept bank transfers and cash on delivery.

  • Credit and debit card payments are not supported at this time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Third‑Party Content

  • Site Content: All original text, images, logos, designs, and software on the Site are owned by IQHub.LK or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Third‑Party Assets: Certain images and videos used on the Site are licensed from third‑party providers (e.g., original manufacturer) and displayed with their permission. These assets remain the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of such third‑party content is strictly prohibited.

  • Permitted Use: You may view, download, or print content for your personal, non‑commercial use only. Any other reproduction, modification, or distribution requires our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Site, you must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold IQHub.LK and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your negligent or willful conduct.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

  • Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

11. Amendments to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Any changes will take effect upon posting the revised Terms with an updated “Last updated” date on the Site.
